This is a one-layer card (meaning that I did everything directly on the card base with no additional layers)! To make the colored strips, I die cut the washi tape die from Blueprints 13 from acetate to make a stencil. I then sponged 3 colors of Distress Ink through the stencil at different angles. I stamped a sentiment from PI Overflowing Joy and added some black Darice sequins.
No stamps were harmed in the making of this card! I used a die from MFT (Layered Leaves) and a sticker from the Tim Holtz Small Talk booklet. I simply did the inlay technique with the leaf and added the sticker over top – super easy!
I used Birdie Brown’s Polynesian Paradise – almost the entire set! I stamped the girl with white ink on black pastel paper (the smooth side) and colored her with Luminance pencils. For the background, I stamped all of the image stamps from the set (except the hula girl) in yellow ink on matching yellow cardstock to make my own “patterned paper.” Finally, I stamped the sentiment in black ink. The panel was cut with a die from Blueprints 13. I hope you like it and TFL!
It’s a shadow box card using the new Birdie Brown Mon Cheri stamp set (colored with Copics). I also used the Boutique Window Die-Namics, the English Brick Wall stencil, and the Petal Pattern stencil (used on the inside as “wallpaper”).
Here’s a bottom view so you can see this really is a box:
But it folds flat for mailing and fits inside an envelope meant for a 5x7 card.
Hi all! Today is our monthly DT Dare for Your Next Stamp. This month, our theme is ABC – Anything But a Card. I made some laminated pickle magnets for you:
I used the Dill-ightful stamp set and matching dies. First I used my MISTI to stamp all 3 pickle people in Memento ink. Then I colored them with Copics and overstamped them using the MISTI with Versafine ink. Next I cut them out to the lines and ran them through my laminator in a 3 mil pouch. I used the dies to cut out the laminated pickles and ran them back through the laminator to make absolutely sure they were sealed. Finally, I added some self-adhesive magnet to the backs of each and they’re done!

I’m so excited for this release! We have some really fun Halloween offerings for you, and also some coffee/tea sets, which I LOVE!! Anyway, enough chit chat, let’s get on to my projects!
First up I have a super CAS one layer card:
I used the new Spooky Spells stamp set and matching dies. I stamped the shelf and added the cobwebs and sentiment (all using my MISTI). Then I stamped the 3 bottles on a piece of scrap cardstock and colored them with Copics. I cut them out with the matching dies and mounted them with foam tape onto the shelf.
Next up I have a fun box card with a twist. The twist is that it’s not just a regular box, it’s a takeout box:
I used the new Halloween Phoebe stamp set, the Spooky Halloween Scene die set, and the old Takeout Box die set. It’s so easy to make a box card when the box is already done for you! I just cut off some extra pieces from the die cut and added some strips of cardstock and the scene pieces and I was done! Oh, and I also used our new Spellbound Gumdrops. Here’s a video of the process:

I cut the base piece from white cardstock and sponged it with 3 colors of Distress Ink. Then I cut the outline from black. I covered the whole base with liquid adhesive, stuck on the outline, then covered the remaining adhesive with super fine glitter. A couple strands of crochet thread is wrapped around this 3x3 card.
