Moxie Fab: Hexagons

Hi all!  Today’s card is for the Hexagons: Happy for Hexagons Challenge in the Moxie Fab World:

First I took Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry Distress Inks and sponged them all over a piece of white cardstock.  Then I die cut the cardstock using the Hexagon Cover Plate from Papertrey Ink.  I stuck all the hexagons down on another piece of white cardstock and added the outline portion of the die to the top of the hexagons, slightly shifted over.  Next, I cut out a journaling card shape with the Journaled Weekly Die Set from Your Next Stamp.

I spattered some Heidi Swapp black mist over a card base and adhered the hexagon card over it.  I added a black thanks die from the Quote Tag dies and rounded all four corners with the 1/2” Corner Chomper.  I hope you like it and TFL!

  1. This is really neat! Great take on the hexagon challenge!

  2. awesome what you did...

  3. So many creative touches to this card - I love the way you added color to the hexagons!

  4. Oh goodness, Maureen!
