Hi all! Here’s my super CAS card for today:
The sentiment is from Jingle Greetings and was embossed in gold. Then I added the holly leaves and berries from Background Builders: Vines Winter Additions. For a finishing touch, I added little white paint pen dots on each of the berries.
This is for Uniko Challenge – Christmas with optional twist of being CAS, and SSS Monday Challenge – Gentlemen (This is as “manly” a card as I can make for Christmas!). I hope you like it and TFL!
Hi all! Today I have a card made for Uniko’s challenge – Geometrics with the optional twist of circles, triangles, or squares. Here’s what I came up with:
I used a couple of Uniko sets: Today, Tomorrow, Always Extra Time and Background Builders: Round in Circles. First I stamped the circle border in dark brown hybrid ink diagonally across the front of the white card base, then I cut around it with scissors. I adhered the brown patterned paper behind the front of the card base and stamped the clock and hands. Finally I stamped the sentiment. All stamping was done with the MISTI.

Hi all! I’m back with what will probably be my last card for the WCMD festivities:
I used the Baaah Humbug set as well as the Background Builders: Vines set. This is for the Winnie & Walter WCMD challenges – partial stamping challenge. Here’s a shot of the Vines stamp that I used to make the little leafy hill the sheep is standing on:
You can see from the top portion that I just attached part of the vine to a little block I had and stamped it over and over to make the little hill. For the sheep, he was stamped with my MISTI in Memento ink, colored with Copics, and overstamped with Versafine ink. I cut the sentiment stamp so I could stamp the words on top of each other (I find cutting them apart easier than masking off portions). I hope you like it and TFL!

I used one of my new sets from Uniko Studio called Nature's Treasures II and an older Paper Smooches sentiment set called Many Thanks. I used the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch. This is also for Uniko Studio – Autumn/Fall with the optional twist of thanks and SSS Wednesday Challenge – Anything Goes. I hope you like it and TFL!
Hi all! Today I have a CAS card for some challenges:
First I sponged 3 different colors of Distress Inks through a grid stencil, then I stamped the sentiment from Extra Time with Versafine using my MISTI. Finally I punched out a butterfly from black cardstock using a Martha Stewart punch and glued down just the body so the wings could stick up.

Hi all! Today I have a card made for the Uniko Studio challenge – Anything Goes. I did choose to use the optional sketch and here’s what I came up with:
On Kraft cardstock, I stamped a vine and flowers from Background Builders: Vines. Next, I used 2 heart dies from Little B to cut out the shapes from the card base. I adhered a piece of plastic to the inside of the front of the card. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of vellum using the MISTI and stapled it to the smaller heart. Then I adhered the heart to the plastic. I hope you like it and TFL!

The sentiment is from Flower Power #3 and the heart dies are from Little B. I’ve made a quick video today showing a tip on stamping on odd-shaped die cuts with the MISTI:

Hi all! Another challenge card for you today. This time I’m playing with Uniko Studio’s Challenge #14 – CAS with a color palette. Here’s what I came up with:
I took inspiration from THIS POST by Maile Belles and did a cut out panel with some stamping behind it with the colors from the given palette. I used Background Builders: Vines and a sentiment from Flower Power #3. I really love how this card turned out so I think I’ll try the cut out panel again on a future creation! Hi all! Today I have an entry for the Uniko Studio Challenge which is a Spring color palette and the theme of Easter (or something else). Since I don’t have any Easter stamps from Uniko and the fact that it’s past Easter, I did a congrats card, most likely for a wedding:
I used the greenery and flowers from Background Builders: Vines and a sentiment from Flower Power #3.
The embossing was done with a double-sided folder from Spellbinders called Framed Petite Labels. I LOVE this folder – it does such a nice job with all the embossing and then you have the perfect little space to add a sentiment. Also, it’s big – I can do 5x7” cards with it if I want to!
