Power Poppy & My Sweet Petunia Blog Hop!

  59. A beautiful CAS card! I knew this technique would work on rubber and cling stamps, but I didn't know it would work on clear! I thought the marker ink would bead up. So cool!!! I will be looking at my stamps in a new light!
