Isn't this image super adorable?!? I used the Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge #64 sketch, diecut the little flower out of felt using a Cuttlebug die, and the lace border was done with a Martha Stewart punch.
In this close shot, you can see that I glued on really itty bitty pearls for the sprinkles and added some dimensional adhesive on the cherry:
