I used Fairy Lala and a sketch from Sketch Girl. I colored Lala with Copics, cut her out and popped her up with foam boosters. I paper pieced and popped up her skirt, covered her wings and wand with Stickles for big sparkle, then went over her hair and entire outfit with Stardust glitter pen spread with a waterbrush for a more subtle sparkle. You can see it a little in this shot:
I also added Stickles to all the candle flames, then finished off the card with stitching, May Arts ribbon, and a rub-on sentiment from Basic Grey. All the patterned paper is Basic Grey's Urban Prairie collection.
