I used Miss Rosalie with Roses and the Day 10 sketch from Card Positioning Systems.
Rosalie was colored with Copics and her dress was paper pieced. I added some red rick-rack and an acetate heart tied with baker's twine from Timeless Twine. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.
