Hi all! Today I have a card for several challenges:
I used Mama Elephant’s Modern Borders stamped repeatedly with rainbow colors to make the background. Then I cut it with the largest of the Stitched Rectangles, mounted it on a black card base, and added a diecut Fancy Thanks.
Here’s a video I made mostly on stamping the background with the MISTI:
This is for the following challenges:
- Cute Card Thursday – Clean and Simple
- SSS Wednesday Challenge – Clean and Simple
- Showcase Your Style – Thank You
I hope you like it and TFL!
Brilliant! As always... :) I really like your gluing tip as well!

Great Video! I haven't gotten a misty yet...am still new at card making, but hope to eventually. What did you make your plastic grid out of? Love how that worked!

DeleteThanks so much!! :-))
DeleteJust got my MISTI for Christmas and found your video in a search as I try to learn the many ways to use my new MISTI. You kept saying to keep your cardstock up against the "bumper", but never explained what that was. It didn't look like your cardstock was right up against the edge/lip of the MISTI, but maybe it was... is that what you are calling the bumper or have you made some other tool to use with the MISTI that you call the bumper?????? Thanks for any help. (suzyquesq2 at gmail dot com)
